幾乎所有的醫師, 所有醫院, 都曾有過經驗, 有時會接到賤保局來函, 指名道姓列出某些病患, 說他們每月領藥超過900顆, 涉濫用資源之重嫌...希望各醫院醫師要好好開導病人, 減少資源浪費......

某醫師看門診時, 赫然發現眼前這位病患, 就是賤保局來函醫院, 醫院叮囑醫師要關照的"月900藥俱樂部"成員......該醫師本著滿腔熱血正義, 又看該病人記錄, 每次都要求開一堆有的沒的藥, 因此, 這位熱血醫師儘管候診室還是人滿為患, 仍然花了不少時間宛轉規勸, 曉以大義, 只差沒有聲淚俱下的教育了病人. 最後, 在病人仍然不以為然的狀態之下, 減掉了一些看起來這個病人並不需要的藥......
過了一陣子, 這位醫師接到賤保來函, 打開一看...差點沒有當場叫急救小組CPR......
原來這個賤保米蟲沒拿到藥, 超級不爽, 一狀告上賤保局!!!...尾大的賤保官員, 這時連什麼"月900藥"等等屁, 半點也放不出來, 馬上換上另一付尊容, 只顧著趕緊安撫病人: "...反正千錯萬錯, 不是醫院就是醫師的錯...我們健保局是什麼都給付的啦!!!...(放屁, 就算屁股痛要去拿墮胎藥, 不開給你也是醫師的錯嗎?)......我們健保局絕對站在病患的立場, 馬上要這個不長眼的醫師提出解釋, 好好作個交待, 還你公道!!!......
